How do I clean my razor blades?
Let’s be honest… cleaning your razor probably isn’t the most exciting part of your routine but it does make a difference. A clean razor = a smoother shave, less irritation, and blades that last longer. Worth it.
The good news? It’s super simple.
After (and even during) your shave, just give your razor a quick rinse under running water. That’s usually all it needs — no detergents, no harsh soaps, no complicated technique. In fact, using strong cleaners can actually wear down the blades faster, so keeping it simple is best.
If you notice hair and product building up between the blades (it happens), soak the razor head in warm water for a few seconds to loosen things up. Then give it a gentle shake or tap to clear out the debris — no digging around with your fingers needed.
It also helps to rinse from both the front and the back of the cartridge. This pushes out anything stuck between the blades and keeps everything flowing properly for your next shave.
Quick rinse, done. Your razor (and your skin) will thank you.
Fun Fact: Most of our razors have an “Anti-clog Cartridge”. The cartridge design helps to quickly rinse the blades clean.
